PROJECT SUMMARY
Located in Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta, this project aims to educate and encourages better eco tourism by providing space for students, community, and farmers to learn about environment friendly lifestyle and livelihood empowerment.
The construction applies wooden design, biogas energy conservation, and water reservoir.
APPRAISAL BY THE JURY
This project is appreciated as bringing benefits to the community surrounding to lift up their living standard by educating and empowering them.
The project is also replicable for other cities. The wooden design suits the area contour to avoid environmental damage, while considering the aesthetic aspect.
