PROJECT SUMMARY
The idea is to educate people living in the boarding school to care for the environment and apply the concept of environmentally friendly building by utilizing locally available materials around the site through area use efficiency by creating vertical garden and green roof and using a single green building to maximize airflow and sunlight to reduce the use of lights and air conditioning, so it can save electricity usage. Wastewater treatment process was also applied to this idea.
APPRAISAL BY THE JURY
This idea can enhance the image of boarding schools, with environmental and sustainability education to the students. This idea also applies the concept of green building and uses locally available materials around the site.
